Michael Presti, born 1955, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations. He has 29 years of professional experience.

In 1981, Mr. Presti started with a private bank where in his last position as authorized representative (Prokurist) he was responsible for the arrangement and negotiation of aircraft financing. He then changed to an international operating Swiss industry group. His focus there was on structured asset and lease financing.

In 2005, Mr. Presti joined an international major bank as Associate Director, Structured Asset Finance. There, he was among other things in charge of acquisition and execution of structured asset finance as well as domestic and cross border leasing in the German-speaking part of Europe.

Mr. Presti has a MBA with an emphasis in International Financing.
