Mr. Michael Hoyer, born 1975, is a fully qualified lawyer. Following his traineeship which ended in 2003, he started his career as head of division at the Saxon Ministry of State. In the legal department he was not only responsible for the department’s general legal advice but also for the assistance of norm setting projects and was involved in projects regarding the administrative modernization.

Another main focus of his work was the technical and statutory supervision in connection with the representation of the Free State of Saxony before the courts of justice.

He has been active in the Ministry’s leading division since 2006. In the beginning of 2009, he was delegated as head of division of the traffic department to the state directorate in Chemnitz.
