Jan Hartlieb, born 1974, has 15 years of professional experience in the capital market business. His career path took him through major banks, private banks and banks under public law, for which he was engaged among other things as authorized representative (Prokurist). His work focused on capital markets and investment banking. Lastly, Mr. Hartlieb accounted the development of the rating activities and the management of a group under public law for several years. After the break-out of the financial crisis, Mr. Hartlieb was sent to a Landesbank and reported directly to the capital markets Board Member on all matters concerning the takeover of the bank.

Mr. Hartlieb holds a degree as Bankbetriebswirt (Banking Management), as Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and an MBA of International Management from the Leipzig Graduate School of Management (HHL).
