Stefan Glowka, born 1965, studied business economics with main focus on Financing and Investment as well as Operations Research. He has 15 years of professional experience, thereof 12 years in the banking sector.

He started his professional development at a private bank as a Financial Consultant in retail banking. In 1999, he took over the position as CFO of a software company where he was responsible for the development of the Finance and Controlling department, the internationalization strategy and the foreign subsidiaries.

Since 2002, he worked for a bank under public law as head of affiliated companies, responsible for the strategic controlling of the portfolio and the investment controlling.

Besides leading and controlling special projects, he also held different mandates at bank and asset management subsidiaries.
