Stephan Dietrich, born 1980, holds a Masters degree in Economics (Diplom-Volkswirt) and in Business Studies (Diplom-Kaufmann).

He has several years of professional experience and started his career as Corporate Credit Analyst at a foreign subsidiary of a Landesbank. Mr. Dietrich’s main task was the credit and risk assessment of a diversified portfolio: he was responsible for a detailed analysis of financial statements and the preparation of reports, covering the performance of structured credit products.

From 2008 to 2010, he worked as Credit Analyst at a Landesbank’s subsidiary in Ireland, where he mainly worked on customised receivable purchase transactions and securitisations for large German corporations. In this function, he also analysed Cash Flow Models for various transactions and prepared annual reviews for presentation to the Board of Directors. He also gained experience in the field of aircraft purchase transactions.
